Agreement
These terms apply when your organization signs up for ShelterCaseLink or starts a free trial. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so. An order form or signed agreement takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
Accounts and staff users
Your organization's administrators invite staff users, assign their roles and are responsible for keeping access up to date. Each person should have their own account. Please don't share sign-ins.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are priced per staff user, in Canadian dollars, by team size, as shown on the pricing page. Moving to a larger team size is prorated.
- Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
- Annual plans are billed once a year and renew yearly unless cancelled before renewal.
- There are no setup fees. Optional services such as data migration are quoted separately.
Free trial
Trials last 30 days and run in a sandbox pre-loaded with sample data. Trial workspaces are for evaluation only. Don't enter real client information into a trial.
Your data
Your organization owns the information it enters. We process it only to provide and support the service, host it in Canada, and provide a full export in standard formats on request or when your agreement ends. See our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully and for your organization's work. Don't attempt to access other organizations' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement as described in your plan or order form. After it ends, we make your export available and then remove data according to your retention requirements.
